Green Spaces at Market Street

Green Spaces at Market Street is a painted steel railing that sits on top of a retaining wall overlooking the River Walk and creatively uses cut outs in steel to show flora found on the River Walk and fauna native to San Antonio. Created by San Antonio artists Ashley Mireles and Cade Bradshaw, along with Stephen Simson Studio Landscape Architects, Green Spaces at Market Street replicates the artist duos’ two wildlife viewing blinds set at the Robert L.B. Tobin Land Bridge at Phil Hardberger Park, located in City Council Districts 8 and 9.
Green Space at Market Street is part of the River Walk Public Art Garden.
